If you want all the features that you mention in a slim compact digital camera, you'll have to pay a premium price. This model from Canon has manual controls, but it's quite expensive:

You're not going to get *anything* decent for under £100. If you're willing to pay a little bit more, then this is another excellent model from Canon:

Casio Exilim Z-series. Take a look here:
http://exilim.casio.com/browse_cameras/exilim_zoom
I use a Z-80, it will fit inside an empty cigarette pack, and has plenty of manual adjustments.
References :
http://exilim.casio.com/browse_cameras/exilim_zoom

I think you have a conflict of interest happening.

You need to decide which is more important to you - tiny size or features and quality - those two concepts are somewhat mutually exclusive.
References :
The exchange rate isn't doing anything good for camera prices. Have a look at the review link. It's a quick review and not technical. Most of these are around the £100 mark. Some are the same size as your Powershot, but there are a couple of slimmer ones. The Fujifilm z20fd doesn't look bad but not much user control. Doesn't have to be pink thankfully. The cheaper Casios are a bit sluggish according to Steve's Digicams (another review site) and none made it to this review...
